A Program Based on Experience
CC English takes twenty years of experience in training volunteer teachers and teaching over 10,000 adult English learners – and puts it online in a high-quality, accessible, teaching and learning platform.
A Program Based on a Practical Curriculum
CC English uses the Confidence and Connections curriculum – a practical approach to teaching and learning. Confidence and Connections uses structured and consistent lessons that build the English vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation skills needed to have interesting and meaningful conversations in every lesson.
A Program for Motivated Students
CC English students are excited to improve their English, can meet with their teacher regularly, and commit to practicing and doing their homework.
A Program for Willing Teachers
CC English teachers are enthusiastic, flexible, and patient. They are willing to meet with their student regularly, take advantage of the training and support provided, and learn from their students. Teachers will also be able to learn from other teachers in the program through online gatherings and a teacher’s discussion group.

CC English is a program of Intercambio Uniting Communities, a nonprofit organization that offers classes in Colorado and provides curriculum, training, and support to hundreds of English-teaching organizations nationwide.
